Back in my fare burgh of North Texas, TGI Fridays has a discrimination issue on its hands at worst or a doltish server with a milky eye at best.
Meet Nicole Queen, a Garland woman who is Muslim and enjoys a casual meal from time-to-time. She strolls in her local Fridays, clad with hijab and all, jonesin’ for a delectable Cobb salad.
