Survey Finds That Customers Think AT&T Sucks

AT&T is in last place in customer satisfaction according to a Consumer Reports survey. Customers ranked AT&T last in eight of nine categories, including data and phone service and resolution of issues, CNNMoney.com reports. The story goes on to say that AT&T is the only carrier that experienced a significant drop in scores over the past year.

More than half of AT&T customers surveyed have an iPhone, which will soon be sold through the carriers with higher rankings, like Verizon, which has plans to carry the phone in early 2011.
