StevensGouldPincus and The Tobin Group Form Strategic Alliance
M&A advisory StevensGouldPincus and exit and succession planning firm The Tobin Group have announced a strategic alliance aimed at helping clients manage their companies’ life cycles.
The firms’ services fit well together, said Art Stevens, managing partner of StevensGouldPincus, in a recent press release, commenting on his firm’s focus on mergers and acquisitions and The Tobin Group’s focus on employee-based buyouts, where employees buy a majority stake in their own firms.
Combining forces, StevensGouldPincus and The Tobin Group will be better able to help clients decide on the how to grow, transition, or sell their companies, he said.
StevensGouldPincus is based in New York, and The Tobin Group is Pittsburgh-based.
