Off the Record Strategies announced the expansion of its operations to New York City and has retained Lee Cohen as senior vice president to direct its New York public relations practice. Cohen, a seasoned New York City-based public relations professional, was an advisor to then-chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, US Congresswoman lleana Ros-Lehtinen and director of internal communications for the US Department of Homeland Security. He launched and managed four still-thriving Congressional Member Organizations – the House Hellenic-Israel Alliance, the House Legal Reform Caucus, the House Sovereignty Caucus and the House United Kingdom Caucus.
