GCI Health, a New York-based agency specializing with an extensive roster of healthcare clients, has named Elliot Levy and Mary Kate Watkins to SVP roles. Levy, who has 10 years of experience in the healthcare communications field, will focus on corporate social responsibility efforts to coincide with the enactment of President Obama’s healthcare reform law. This is a return of sorts for Levy, who began his career as an account executive at the same firm almost a decade ago.
