François Taschereau has joined Weber Shandwick as EVP, Canada and GM of the Montreal office. He will report to Greg Power, who joined as Canadian president in July.
Jennifer Archer has joined Waggener Edstrom as VP in the consumer area. She was most recently at GolinHarris, where she led the efforts for Nintendo of America.
MWW Group has added Kas Rigas as SVP in the consumer lifestyle marketing practice. She was previously SVP at DKC. While there she worked with clients including Discovery Channel and Tropicana.
DKC had a frenzy of promotions with 14 executive-level moves.
