Omnicom Reports 14.7 Percent Revenue Increase in Q2
Omnicom Group, home to firms including Fleishman-Hillard, Porter Novelli, and Ketchum, has reported a 14.7 percent global revenue increase for the second quarter of 2011, for a total of $3.49 billion. That’s an increase from $3.04 billion the previous quarter. In 2010, global revenue increased 22.7 percent to $1.72 billion in the second quarter.
Domestically, revenue was up 7.8 percent from about $1.64 billion to $1.76 billion.
PR contributed 8.9 percent to second quarter revenue, or $311.7
