Novartis, Kaiser Permanente & PricewaterhouseCoopers Take Top 3 Spots On DiversityInc List
This is the second year that Novartis topped the list.
DiversityInc has released this year’s list of top 50 best managing diversity within their ranks and Novartis Pharmaceuticals has taken the top spot for the second year in a row. Following behind are Kaiser Permanente and PricewaterhouseCoopers, rounding out the top three.
Other companies appearing in the top 50 are Mastercard (6), Procter & Gamble (10), IBM (22), Aetna (32) and Verizon (50).
Companies were selected based on four criteria: supplier diversity, equitable talent equity (things like mentorship and philanthropy), talent pipeline (recruitment and workforce breakdown), and CEO or senior level commitment (personal communications and visibility, for instance).
