Amy Schumer Upset That Glamour Called Her Plus-Size
TMZ reports Schumer provides shade, but not because of her 'obesity'.
Women’s magazines obsess over female stars and their vegan diets, baby bumps and diminishing sex appeal. Unfortunately, the entertainment vultures crossed rock star comedienne Amy Schumer and called her perfectly acceptable size-8 frame “plus size.”
You see, Glamour magazine recently put out a ‘plus size’ issue, hoping to get more women to buy their rag.
The editors were hoping to make the all plus-size issue a source of empowerment for women.
However, if they really believed this issue was going to help females, putting arbitrary labels on women doesn’t really help.
