Who woulda’ thunk this dude was coming to the rescue?!
For the past couple of weeks, the majority of this country has been dealing with some apocalyptic-diabolical-Mr-Freeze-meterologicasmic-event called “Polar Vortex” (Someone really needs to cue the eerie suspense music around here).
While Weather Ubergeeks, like the Weather Channel grand poobah Jim Cantore, have been soiling themselves describing this thing, other talk show hosts have been smoking both Lamar Odom’s and Mayor Rob Ford’s crack pipe while discussing this ballyhooed cold spell. ICYMI: Rush Limbaugh decided that Congressional delegates — specifically, the left-leaning ones — have superpowers like ‘Storm’ of X-Men fame.
Apparently, Rush Limbaugh ran out of things to discuss on his nationally syndicated talk show, so he looked outside, saw the wind and got an idea:
We are having a record-breaking cold snap in many parts of the country. And right on schedule the media have to come up with a way to make it sound like it’s completely unprecedented. Because they’ve got to find a way to attach this to the global warming agenda, and they have. It’s called the “polar vortex.” The dreaded polar vortex.
Do you know what the polar vortex is? Have you ever heard of it? Well, they just created it for this week…They’re in the middle of a hoax, they’re perpetrating a hoax, but they’re relying on their total dominance of the media to lie to you each and every day about climate change and global warming.
Most people in the national media ignored that simpleton comment except, you know, one of the guys who typically takes the bait on imbecilic things like this. Enter Al Roker of ‘Today’ fame. Wait, what?

That’s right, blowhard. You have just been served a big dish of Roker. Who thought that cat would have broke out the meteorological playbook and smack Rush in the ass-trological landmark with it? And then, he decided a tweet wasn’t enough. Roker forgot he works for a national talk show too. So, he did this…
Check. And, mate.
