Ketchum, Ruder Finn Make Acquisitions

Ketchum has announced its majority stake acquisition of Sampark PR, which has offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and other cities as well as 80 associate offices across its wide Indian network. The firm was founded in 1994 by Bela Rajan and N.S. Rajan, who will stay on as director and MD respectively and retain a stake in the firm. It will be known as Ketchum Sampark. Ketchum has made a couple of international acquisitions
