Making a triumphant return to his show, Jon Stewart made a special guest appearance on The Daily Show, much to the chagrin of Congress — specifically, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky).

McConnell, the target of Stewart’s much-deserved ire, was there to discuss the travesty of H.R. 1786, James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Reauthorization Act, more commonly known as the Zadroga Act.
