Ebert's Comments Came Too Soon

Roger Ebert is back on Facebook, but he was MIA for a while this morning following complaints about a post Ebert wrote after news broke of the death of Jackass star Ryan Dunn.

“Friends don’t let jackasses drink and drive,” he wrote. Dunn’s Jackass co-star Bam Margera was among those angered by the post. (“…fuck you!” were among Margera’s choice words.) But others agreed with Ebert. Dunn posted a picture of himself holding a drink in the hours before his death.
