Dem Strategist Donald Foley Tapped to Head Ketchum Public Affairs
Beginning today, Donald J. Foley will head Ketchum’s North American public affairs division. The move follows the trend of adding firepower on the Democratic side to coincide with the shift in leadership at big government agencies, and Foley has experience in defense, aviation, and the wind power sectors.
Foley brings brings both agency management experience, and high level political relationships to the huge Omnicom shop. His party background includes chief adviser stints with Tom Harkin (D-Iowa) and former Rep Dick Gephardt (D-Mo.),
