Consumer Reports Launches Holiday Public Education Campaign

The ads! The promotions! The mall traffic! As part of their holiday public education campaign, Consumer Reports will reveal the results of a survey highlighting, “the top holiday-shopping annoyances.”

The organization is relying on a full page ad in tomorrow’s USA Today, but is also working with three P.R. firms to get the word out: Attention, Catalyst and The Rosen Group. “We want to stir the pot and open up conversation with the retailing community,” said Ken Weine, VP Communications, Consumer Reports.
