International Academy of the Visual Arts Recognizes The Forward
Jewish weekly newspaper The Forward took home a 2009 Communicator “Award of Distinction” from the International Academy of the Visual Arts for online news and information Website TheJewishDailyForward.com.
IAVA said its Communicator Awards honor creative excellence for communications professionals, adding that its members include executives from Condè Nast, Coach, Disney, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Estee Lauder, HBO, Keller Crescent, Monster.com, MTV, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Tribal DDB, Victoria’s Secret, Wired, and Yahoo!.
