AOL Shutting Down 30 Blogs
Time to update your media list again. The changes resulting from the AOL/Huffington Post merger continue.
AOL is shutting down 30 blogs, moving them over to other existing brands. Included in closures are Urlesque, which will move to HuffPost Comedy; Politics Daily, going to HuffPost Politics; Wallet Pop, which is going to Daily Finance; and TV Squad, folding into AOL TV. Some sites had already lost their staff through previous layoffs, others will exist only as ties to HuffPo.
