AOL Comm. Director Kurt Patat Joins MTV
First on PRNewser: Kurt Patat has left his post as Communications Director at AOL for Viacom.
He joined the corporate communications team at MTV as the head of digital PR, starting yesterday. Patat had been with AOL since June 2006. Previously he was an account director with agency Trylon SMR.
RELATED: Caroline Campbell joined AOL as VP of Corporate Communications in September 2009. She had previously worked with AOL CEO Tim Armstrong when he was at Google.
