ATLANTA Aloysius Butler & Clark has been selected to provide the creative work and media buying for Buccini/Pollin Group, a real estate development and management company, without a review, the shop said.
The independent Wilmington, Del., shop will create advertising campaigns for the Wilmington-based developer's portfolio of properties.
Buccini/Pollin owns and manages more than 6 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space, more than 2,200 hotel rooms, five residential communities and several parking lots in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions of the country.
The incumbent was not disclosed. The company had used several agencies to produce advertising for its different divisions.
