Creative branding firm 3 Ring Circus has installed Andrew Hoeveler as designer. Hoeveler had been freelancing for the Los Angeles firm for the last few months. Prior to that, he was a freelance designer and animator with Brand New School, Logan, yu+Co, Stardust, Picture Mill and Montgomery-Cobb.
