CHICAGO Kupper Parker Communications has named Randy Seeling its chief accounting officer, replacing chief financial officer John Rezich, who has resigned from the shop.
"Since joining KPC in October 1999, John Rezich has made important contributions to our growth, particularly in acquisitions and restructuring situations that brought us through the economic downturn," said Bruce Kupper, chief executive officer of the St. Louis-based agency, in a statement. "He has expressed a desire to look for another opportunity outside of the company that will leverage his particular expertise, and we wish him the best in that endeavor."
Rezich's resignation is effective today.
Seeling was previously controller at KPC's headquarters, having joined the shop through the acquisition of New Orleans-based agency Fitzgerald & Co. in 1997. Prior to joining Fitzgerald in 1979, Seeling had been a staff accountant at J.K. Byrne & Co.
