ATLANTA Best Mexico has tapped Perez Montalbetti Advertising to create a Hispanic marketing campaign for its long-distance phone card the Denver market.
PMA's campaign launches in August and will include radio spots, television, outdoor and public relations efforts. Jim Perez, chief creative officer and co-founder of the Atlanta shop, said that Denver has one of the highest density Hispanic markets in the U.S.
"Our goal is to capture market share in Denver within six months," said John Wise, president of Viscom International, Best Mexico's parent company. "We're focused upon growing sales levels comparable to those of Georgia."
Viscom International of Dusseldorf, Germany, established Best Mexico in Atlanta in 2000. The company's long-distance phone card has become the most popular among Mexican consumers in Georgia.
PMA said it also plans to launch a similar campaign in the Atlanta market in August. Campaign spending was undisclosed.
