Tocquigny Advertising, Interactive + Marketing has hired Amy Sullivan as senior copywriter on its Dell Computer Corp. and Children's Advocacy Center accounts. Prior to joining the Austin, Texas, shop, Sullivan worked at Sherpardson, Stern + Kaminsky, D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles and DDB Needham, all New York. Tocquigny has added Matt Jurgemeyer as interactive art director. Jurgemeyer most recently worked as a senior designer at Austin's Meritage Technologies. The shop has also enlisted Erika Chan and Chris Sparks as account planner and interactive developer, respectively. Chan joins Tocquigny from Deloitte & Touche in Washington, D.C., where she was a consultant. Sparks most recently worked as a videographer at Mesquite, Texas-based QuakeCon.
