Innerwest Advertising, Reno, has hired Scott Callahan as copywriter. Callahan's experience includes copywriting for another Reno agency and with film companies shooting in Nevada.
San Rafael-based 360 Group has appointed Sandra Finley management supervisor of its strategic services division. Finley leaves Nexgenix in Irvine, where she served as director of methodology.
The Mandala Agency, Bend, has added Paul Grignon as creative director, Jewell Rutledge as art director and Esther Jin Kang as director of graphic design. Grignon returns to Mandala full time after working at Tacklebox in San Francisco. Rutledge leaves the same post with Crispin, Porter, + Bogusky in Miami, while Kang freelanced and worked at Graves Fowler Associates in Rockville, Md.
In Portland, Grady Britton has promoted Amanda Dierdorff and Christine Jones to account managers and Paige McCarthy to director of client services. Kelly Burns has progressed to director of operations and will oversee agency operations in the wake of principal Cherry Britton's retirement.

Kim Booth has returned to Palisades Media Group in Santa Monica as senior vice president and broadcast director. Booth had been an account director at WWOR-TV in New York.
Sony Pictures Digital Network in Los Angeles has appointed John Henderson vice president of the Sony ad sales network, where he will be responsible for national sales of online advertising and sponsorship opportunities. David Elkins was also hired as director of Eastern sales and sponsorships. Both leave posts at NBCi, where they worked together in similar capacities.
The Los Angeles Times has named Steven Barth vice president of classified advertising, adding to his previous role as general manager, Los Angeles Times Interactive. Barth's other responsibilities include serving as general manager for the Western region of Tribune Interactive, The Times' parent company.
The Hilton Costa Mesa has hired Brad Logsdon as director of sales and marketing. Logsdon held the same title at the Hilton international sales office in San Francisco.
Paradigm Communications in Seattle has designated Greg Goforth account executive for Alaska Airlines Magazine, Horizon Air Magazine and Midwest Express Magazine.
In Seattle, AK Media has promoted Claire Lawson to general sales manager of AK Media Washington and AK MediaPrint. Lawson previously served as general sales manager of AK MediaPrint.
