She is responsible for the direction and management of the Kiehl's brand worldwide and reports to Jami Morse Heidegger, Kiehl's president. Taylor most recently worked at Lancôme LLC, also a L'Oreal USA division, where she served as senior vice president, marketing, responsible for all aspects of marketing and product development for the Lancôme brand in the U.S.; she also headed the Lancôme.com Web site and supervised all national advertising.
