Pat D'Amico has re-turned to Holland Mark Advertising as senior vice president and group brand director, and the agency brought Jim Fraser aboard full-time as account planning director.
Both executives bring to Holland Mark "management depth and considerable marketing experience," said agency CEO Bill Davis.
D'Amico spent the past three years at Arnold Worldwide, Boston, as senior vice president/group account director on the Verizon Communications business. His successor at Arnold has not been named. Prior to Arnold, D'Amico worked at Holland Mark as a vice president and group account director.
D'Amico looks to apply his experience at Arnold to Holland Mark. "Being able to work with [Arnold president] Fran Kelly really helped me grow. He's one of the brightest lights in the business," he said.
At Holland Mark, D'Amico believes he'll get "a bigger, broader role" than he had at Arnold, running some agency accounts and serving on its management committee.
Like D'Amico, Fraser is no stranger to Holland Mark, having worked for the agency as a consultant for about a year [Adweek, April 24]. Fraser has nearly 20 years in the field, mainly with his own firm in Edinburgh, Scotland, and other companies in the U.K.
