Veduccio, Levine, Coleman & Partners in Boston has promoted LizAnn Tepper from production manager to vice president of operations.
Einar Oern was advanced from studio artist to art director at Allen & Gerritsen in Watertown. Also at the shop, Lynda Richards-Stocks, formerly of Austin Knight Advertising in Boston, was hired as an assistant account executive. Aaron DaSilva was tapped as a studio artist. He had been an intern at Greenberg Seronick O'Leary and Partners in Boston.
Lehman Millet in Boston promoted Elizabeth Kent and Bill Green from account supervisors to vice presidents and directors of operations. Judith Gimple was named editor of LMImage, the agency's graphic design unit. She had been with Bywater Editorial Graphics in Boston. J.J. Schifsky, formerly of the Knitting Times in New York, was hired as production manager.
Peggy McCann was promoted from media planner to senior media planner at Mullen in Wenham. Mary Sorenson joined as senior art director from running her own business. Kelly Begg, formerly of Leo Burnett in Chicago, joined as a senior account executive. David Behrens, formerly of Image Engineering Corp. in Somerville, and J. Edward Christopher, previously with Long Haymes Carr Lintas in Winston-Salem, N.C., were named account executives. In the public relations department, Ellen Perry was named an assistant account executive. She had been a contributing writer at the Ipswich Chronicle.
Greenberg Seronick O'Leary and Partners in Boston hired Jim Rowean as vice president and director of account services. Jim Auer was promoted from senior vice president to head up a new division focusing on high technology.

Victor Palumbo, from J. Walter Thompson in New York, was added as senior producer. Karen Levine, from Arnold Communications in Boston, was hired as senior account executive. Janet Walker, from Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, was hired as an account executive. Nancy Lehrer, from Holland Mark Martin in Boston, was appointed management supervisor.
