Greenberg, Seronick, O'Leary and Partners in Boston has welcomed back former employee Jim Rowean as senior vice president and director of account services. The agency has also placed Jim Auer in charge of a new high-tech division.
Rowean served as a senior vice president at the agency from 1985 to 1991, when he supervised the Star Market and Etonic Golf accounts. He left to become director of marketing at Bread & Circus in Newton Highlands, Mass. Most recently, he was director of marketing for Store-24 in Waltham, Mass.
'After working on the client side, the agency side seemed more exciting and fun,' Rowean said. 'There were accounts like Etonic Golf and Lojack that I could enjoy working with again. (Also,) the agency has changed . . . and grown pretty nicely.'--Sarah Jones
