AdFreak got an e-mail last week from Arc Worldwide [2], the Chicago-based, Publicis-owned marketing-services company, with an invitation to “find out how we keep our partners satisfied.” Judging by the illustration, it has something to do with a bed and groups of people in various number and gender configurations who can’t wait to “join the fun.” Talk about below-the-line. And here we thought direct and interactive referred to marketing discliplines, not types of agency/client misbehavior.
