More awesomeness from Rhett & Link, the musical-comedy guys whose side projects include making offbeat local commercials. This one's for Cullman Liquidation [1], a seller of mobile homes in Cullman, Ala. The owner, Robert Lee, explains that frankly, he doesn't give a shit if you buy a home from him or not. "A bouncer in Birmingham hit me in the face with a crescent wrench five times," he says. "And my wife's boyfriend broke my jaw with a fence post. So, if you don't buy a trailer from me, it ain't gonna hurt my feelings." Presumably he's never aired a commercial before, either, if he feels that way. This one, of course, was done free of charge through Rhett & Link's "I Love Local Commercials" contest. (The making-of video is below.) Nominate your favorite local business here [2] to get their own Rhett & Link ad. UPDATE: On April 16, 2010, Errol Morris called this ad "the best commercial ever made. [3]"
