Summer is all about going big. In Denver, you've got the supersized fire hydrants, newspaper boxes and sidewalk benches [1] reminding you what a water-wasting wanker you can be. Now, in Houston and Chicago, you have oversize items that are a little more fun, thanks to Target stores. In Houston, where it's been beastly hot since about March, Target has set up a giant sprinkler to bring huge relief to the masses. In Chicago, they've built an enormous turtle sandbox. The installations are part of Target's "Make Summer Funner" campaign.
