Nearly 4 million viewers on Tuesday night checked in for a first look at TNT’s newest original series, the Jada Pinkett Smith hospital drama Hawthorne.
According to Nielsen live-plus-same-day ratings data, Hawthorne delivered 3.83 million viewers in the 9 p.m. time slot, of which 1.64 million were members of the adults 25-54 demo. The premiere also served up 1.57 million viewers 18-49.
Leading out of Hawthorne at 10 p.m., TNT’s third-season franchise Saving Grace held on to 91 percent of the previous hour’s audience, drawing 3.47
