TNT Weathers NBA Declines to Grab Ratings Crown

Despite having weathered significant declines in its NBA Playoff deliveries, TNT in May dominated the core demos, averaging 1.53 million viewers 18-49 and 1.5 million adults 25-54.

According to Nielsen ratings data for the period spanning April 26-May 30, TNT withstood drops of 21 percent among both target demos, as its postseason NBA schedule was hampered by a pair of decidedly lopsided second-round matchups. (Both Western Conference Semis pairings were a bust, with the Lakers and Suns sweeping their respective opponents 4-0.)
