Emerging from bankruptcy, Regent Communications shed far more than just its debt. The radio group, focused on small to midsize markets, announced Monday (May 3) the company is changing its name to Townsquare Media. Steve Price, co-founder of media investment FiveWire, was named Townsquare’s chairman and CEO. FiveWire co-founder Stuart Rosenstein was named evp and chief financial officer.

Out in the reorganization are longtime radio exec and Regent CEO William Stakelin and Regent evp and CFO Anthony Vasconcellos.
