Talk about the most unlikeliest of political allies: liberal media watchdog Media Matters agrees with the Republican National Committee that NBC and CNN should cancel their special programming on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In letters sent Tuesday to NBC Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt and CNN Worldwide president Jeff Zucker, Media Matters founder David Brock wrote that he supported RNC chairman Reince Priebus' letters sent Monday to the same two executives. Preibus threatened to pull support for debates on the networks unless both media outlets cancel the Clinton programming.
