The season-five premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians nearly broke an all-time ratings record for E!, as Sunday night’s opener delivered 4.68 million total viewers at 10 p.m.
The August 22 delivery fell just shy (3 percent) of the series/network’s high-water mark of 4.81 million viewers, set by the fourth season finale on Feb. 21, 2010.
Kourtney and Khloé’s return to Los Angeles and Kim’s housewarming party helped draw some significant demos as well, averaging 3.31
