NEW YORK Horizon Media has hired MediaVest's Jill Nickerson as vp, director of out-of-home services.
Nickerson, who reports to Aaron Cohen, evp, chief of media negotiation, will oversee a team of 10. She now oversees all OOH brand strategy planning and buying for all of Horizon's clients and new business prospects.
Previously, Nickerson served as department head for MediaVest's New York and Los Angeles OOH teams.

Before joining MediaVest, Nickerson worked at OMD and led the strategic planning team on the Lowe's account. Nickerson's other positions include: Mindshare's WOW Factory, where she handled Estee Lauder, Lufthansa and Kimberly-Clark. She has also held positions at CMG Communications and Draft Worldwide.
