Glee, Good Wife, Modern Family Lead Emmy Noms

The nominations have been announced for The 62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, which was a celebration of multiple nods for freshman entries Glee, The Good Wife and Modern Family. 

Leading the list is HBO miniseries The Pacific, with a mammoth 24 nominations, followed by 19 for Fox’s Glee and 17 for critical darling Mad Men on AMC.  Tied with 15 are NBC’s 30 Rock and made-for movies Temple Grandin and You Don’t Know Jack; followed by 14 for ABC’s Modern Family; and 12 each for ABC’s Lost, NBC’s Saturday Night Live and The 82nd Annual Academy Awards on ABC.
