Debmar-Mercury talker The Wendy Williams Show has been renewed on the Fox Television Stations for another two years, taking it through the 2011-12 season. The pickup includes the Fox owned-and-operated stations in top markets including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia and Dallas.

Season to-date, Wendy ranks 10th out of 13 daytime talkers in households, tied with NBC Universal’s The Steve Wilkos Show at a 1.1 household rating, according to Nielsen Media Research.

“There was no question that we wanted to renew The Wendy Williams Show given what we’ve seen thus far in both content and ratings,” said Frank Cicha, senior vp of programming, Fox Television Stations.
