Fox News vp of news David Rhodes has left FNC to join Bloomberg Television as head of the company’s U.S. TV operations.

The 34-year-old wunderkind has been with Fox News Channel since its inception, beginning his career as a production assistant in the months leading up to the network’s launch in 1996.

Rhodes reports to Andy Lack, CEO of Bloomberg’s multimedia division.

“David Rhodes is one of the most dynamic young minds in television news today,” said Lack.
