It's not just South Park DVDs anymore: Comedy Central has established Comedy Central Enterprises, which will oversee various ancillary businesses of the MTV Networks cable concern, including consumer products, home video, CDs, digital downloads, publishing and live touring. Mitch Fried will head the new division as evp and report to Comedy Central president Michele Ganeless. It's the second that MTV Networks has added in recent months.

The creator-centric network sees plenty of licensed properties in all the categories above.
