Comcast Sues FCC Over Tennis Channel Decision

Charges agency was 'arbitrary and capricious'

Comcast is taking the Federal Communications Commission to court over the agency's recent decision that found that the cable giant discriminated against Tennis Channel.

In a lawsuit filed today in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Comcast alleges that the FCC's decision, which will force Comcast to move the Tennis Channel to a different distribution tier on its system, is "arbitrary, capricious, and an abuse of discretion within the meaning of the Administrative Procedure Act."
