As part of its settlement with the Department of Justice, Clear Channel has a deal to swap Hot Adult Contemporary WNNF-FM (Radio 94.1) and Classic Rock WOFX-FM (the Fox) in Cincinnati to Cumulus Media in exchange for five stations in Green Bay, Wis.: Sports WDUZ-AM & FM (the Fan), Country WPCK-FM (Kicks 104.9), Adult Contemporary WQLH-FM (Star 98) and Oldies WOGB-FM.

Cumulus will still own Alternative WZNN-FM (the Zone) in Green Bay, and through a local marketing agreement, the company will continue to program the five stations it is swapping to Clear Channel.

"We'll still be Cumulus stations for the foreseeable future," said Greg Jessen, vp and market manager for Cumulus, in the Green Bay Press Gazette. "The LMA contains a five-year buy back, so Cumulus will buy the stations back in five years."

Jessen also said that WZNN will be put into a trust and will continue to be operated by Cumulus through the LMA.
