The Big Ten Network, a joint venture between the Big Ten Conference and Fox Cable Networks, has reached an agreement-in-principle on a carriage deal with Time Warner Cable, that will include high definition telecasts and video-on-demand programming made available on Time Warner Cable in all Big Ten cities where it is distributed.

The new deal ensures that Time Warner Cable customers in all states with Big 10 colleges, on an expanded basic level of service, will have access to Big Ten college game telecasts beginning this Saturday, Aug.
