The client spent an estimated $85 million on ads in 2007.
Publicis Groupe’s Starcom is the incumbent, but is not defending because of a conflict with its $250 million Bank of America account, per sources. Starcom won BofA in March after a review.
Sources said Aegis Group’s Carat and the creative incumbent, IPG’s The Martin Agency, are contending for the media business.
