Yahoo, Silverman's Electus Ink Partnership
Yahoo has announced a new partnership to produce multiple originally branded entertainment series with IAC’s digital content studio Electus, which was founded by former co-chairman of NBC Entertainment Ben Silverman.
Silverman of course left NBC last July after a tumultuous run to launch Electus, which has been billed as a next generation content studio. The Yahoo deal marks the first major project for the fledgling division of IAC, which operates Web properties ranging from Ask.com to Evite to College Humor.
