U.K. is first country with real-money gaming on the social site
As if some folks haven’t found Facebook addictive enough, its users in the United Kingdom can now gamble. The U.K. is the first country to get offered real-money gaming on the social site.
London-based developer Gamesys has built a gambling app on Facebook, allowing adults to play Bingo & Slots Friendzy with their major credit/debit cards and PayPal accounts. The move was announced yesterday (Aug. 6), while unveiling 90 different for-cash games.
