Vincent Gallo Sues Facebook for Not Removing a Profile Allegedly Run by a Pervy Impersonator

Buffalo 66 star looks to protect his brand

Vincent Gallo has filed a lawsuit against Facebook, alleging that the company hasn't granted his request to remove a profile that the indie film actor says was created by someone impersonating him. The lawsuit claims that the imposter was flirting with women via the account, which, as an actor hoping to draw new movie projects, could damage his public reputation and therefore his professional brand.

The International Business Times first reported on the development and cited language from the lawsuit that alleges an imposter utilized Gallo's persona on Facebook to have sexual conversations with women and even persuade such unassuming females to in-person meetings.
