Global cuisine and other foods from around the world have been trending upward on Facebook since spring. Food marketers may want to take note—adobada, shawarma and dosa were all popping on the social network in August, and it seems that trend isn't going anywhere anytime soon.
That's particularly true for eateries that serve Mexican (adobada), Middle Eastern (shawarma) or Indian (dosa) cuisines.
