Social Media Week: Rivers Plugs Self at 'Fabb' Talk

On Tuesday afternoon, Lucky hosted an event called “fabb” (with two b’s!), a fashion and beauty blog conference, as part of Social Media Week. Though the shopping mag’s editor-in-chief Brandon Holley (formerly of the post-Jane Pratt Jane) wasn’t within Adweek’s eyesight in the spanking new Apella building’s crowded room, one cheeky blonde certainly was: keynote speaker Joan Rivers.
 
It was 12:20 p.m., and Rivers approached the podium with a glass of white wine in hand.
 
“Listen to me, everybody,” she told the crowd, which included Erica Domesek of PS I Made This, Delmy Rivera of Fashion Bananas and Jessica Quirk of What I Wore.
